Every story starts somewhere – and ours began with science. Cosmopro was founded in 2016 as a manufacturer, driven by a deep commitment to clinical excellence and innovation in skin health. But as we grew, we saw a clear gap in the industry: poor training standards in aesthetics.

So we took action.

Cosmopro Academy was born – with a mission to raise the bar in aesthetic education. What began with a handful of CPD courses has evolved into a multi-award-winning academy where students study Qualifi Level 4, 5 & 7 Qualifications, progress through professional development pathways, and access flexible online training.

About Tina

Tina joined Cosmopro in April 2022. She began her career in aesthetics in 2003 as a Marketing Manager for an Aesthetic Distribution company, later becoming a Clinic Manager for a doctor-led clinic before running her own aesthetic clinic for over 12 years.

In 2021, she joined a training academy, discovering a passion for supporting others in the industry, which she continues to develop at Cosmopro.

What she enjoys most about her role is speaking with delegates and supporting them as they grow their aesthetic clinics, helping them build confidence and achieve success.

Her mission at Cosmopro is to guide delegates through every step of their aesthetics journey, ensuring they leave training not only qualified but inspired, empowered, and ready to grow their business.

About Kelly

Kelly joined Cosmopro in January 2023. She started her career in the beauty industry at 18 as a therapist, progressing to Business Manager and then Area Manager. She later moved into field-based roles as a Business Development Manager. Passionate about training, she pursued a Level 3 qualification in Education and is currently completing her Assessor’s course.

She loves seeing delegates develop their skills and confidence, mastering new techniques, and delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Sharing her passion for advanced skin and wellness treatments makes her role incredibly rewarding.

Kelly’s mission at Cosmopro is to empower aesthetic practitioners through expert training, guidance, and ongoing support so they can thrive professionally.

About Zara

Zara joined Cosmopro in May 2024. She began her career as a therapist and clinic manager for a doctor-led clinic before moving into medical device sales ten years ago. At Cosmopro, she brings her experience to expand the UK market and help clinics integrate Icoone® into their services.

She enjoys the fact that Icoone® can treat clients during pregnancy, opening up new opportunities for clinic owners.

Her mission at Cosmopro is to raise awareness of Icoone® across the UK and show how it can be incorporated into all beauty, wellness, and aesthetic clinics.

About Rachael

Rachael founded Cosmopro and brings over 25 years of industry experience. A university graduate and former Head of Research & Development, she has dedicated her career to advancing the science of beauty and skincare. She created Cosmopro to develop products that prioritise efficacy, safety, and transparency, bridging the gap between marketing claims and actual performance.

Her focus is on developing science-backed, effective skincare solutions that make a real difference, and she loves seeing innovations come to life under her guidance.

Her mission at Cosmopro is to lead the brand in delivering innovative, science-backed solutions while maintaining a standard of excellence built on trust, quality, and integrity.

About Katie

Katie joined Cosmopro as a trainer after seven years in medical aesthetics, specialising in skin health, injectables, and wellness treatments.

She is an Adult Registered Nurse with a First Class Honours degree and previously worked in Haematology, Oncology, and Clinical Research. She recently transformed four old stables into a purpose-built clinic, expanding her team and improving patient access.

She loves a combination approach to aesthetics, considering skin quality, facial angles, and natural ageing to create long-lasting, natural results. She is passionate about raising standards and training others to deliver exceptional care.

Katie’s mission at Cosmopro is to train and inspire practitioners, helping them deliver safe, natural, and transformative results.

About Nathan

Nathan joined Cosmopro as Lead Clinical Trainer. An Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Emergency Medicine with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Facial Aesthetics, he brings over a decade of NHS experience and runs a thriving clinic in Surrey.

He enjoys teaching the latest, safest, and most advanced aesthetic techniques, delivering training in a calm, supportive environment. His focus is always on patient safety and building delegates’ confidence.

Nathan’s mission at Cosmopro is to empower delegates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional aesthetic results.

About Laura

Laura joined Cosmopro in April 2021, progressing from admin and sales into her current Marketing Manager role.

With 14 years in the cosmetics industry, she develops campaigns and marketing strategies that help elevate the brand and drive customer success.

She loves that every day at Cosmopro is different, whether it’s launching new courses, developing products, or coming up with fresh marketing ideas. Seeing the impact of her work on customer success is highly rewarding.

Her mission at Cosmopro is to provide marketing support that empowers customers, drives engagement, and helps the brand grow.

About Scott Turner-Percy

Scott serves as In-House Counsel for Cosmopro, bringing over 20 years of specialised regulatory law experience.

He built his career at leading UK law firms before bringing his expertise in-house to support Cosmopro’s commitment to scientific integrity and consumer safety.

Having been involved since the very beginning, Scott has played a key role in guiding Cosmopro from concept to industry leader. His deep understanding of regulatory law allows the business to confidently navigate the complex and ever-evolving cosmetic compliance landscape.

Scott’s mission at Cosmopro is to ensure every product meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance, safety, and transparency.

His work protects innovation, supports ethical growth, and ensures Cosmopro’s promise of efficacy and safety is not just stated – but legally guaranteed.

About Rita

Rita joined Cosmopro over four years ago during a key period of growth and now leads Warehouse and Dispatch operations.

With exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, she has been instrumental in scaling operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

She ensures that every order is processed seamlessly, supporting both the internal team and customers with a smooth, reliable dispatch system. Her hands-on approach has transformed logistics into a well-structured, dependable operation.

Her mission at Cosmopro is to ensure that the company’s commitment to quality and care extends beyond formulation and training, right through to delivery.

About Barbara

Barbara joined Cosmopro as a trainer with over four decades of clinical experience, specialising in neurosciences and medical aesthetics.

She trained at St George’s Hospital in London and went on to specialise in Neurosciences Nursing, developing early insight into the medical applications of Botulinum Toxin long before its licensing for aesthetic use. An Adult Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, she also holds Diplomas in Management of Care Studies, Learning Disability Studies, and Neurosciences Nursing.

She later trained on Harley Street to advance her expertise in medical aesthetics before retiring from her senior leadership role within the NHS and Social Care as a Service Lead in 2014.

She is deeply committed to patient safety, ethical practice, and clinical excellence, with a long-standing advocacy for stronger regulation within the cosmetic industry.

Her dedication to high standards has earned the trust of over 2,000 patients across Staffordshire and beyond.

Barbara’s mission at Cosmopro is to share her wealth of experience, champion safe practice, and equip practitioners with the knowledge and confidence to deliver responsible, high-quality aesthetic treatments.

About Dan

Dan joined Cosmopro as a trainer with extensive experience across medical aesthetics and senior NHS leadership, specialising in full face rejuvenation and regenerative therapies.

He is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, and a senior clinician at Medi-Spa 28 in Stafford. His clinical practice spans injectable aesthetics, bio-revitalisation, and intravenous nutrient therapy, delivered with a strong focus on patient safety, governance, and natural, measured outcomes.

Alongside his private practice, he trains and mentors medical aesthetic practitioners nationally and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Healthcare Leadership, underpinning his expertise in regulation, safeguarding, consent, and professional accountability.

He is widely recognised for combining technical precision with a thoughtful, ethical approach to patient care, ensuring every treatment is grounded in evidence-based decision-making and best practice.

Dan’s mission at Cosmopro is to elevate clinical standards, support practitioner development, and promote safe, responsible medical aesthetics through education, leadership, and mentorship.

About Carrieanne
Carrieanne joined Cosmopro as a trainer with over 21 years of experience in the beauty and advanced skin industry, including more than a decade in injectable aesthetics.
 
She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and is qualified in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, supported by advanced training in facial anatomy, consultation, complication management, and clinical ethics. Alongside running her own practice, she has spent the past five years teaching medical professionals in advanced aesthetic procedures, sharing the same high standards of safety, precision, and personalised care that define her clinical work.
 
She believes aesthetics is about far more than appearance; it is about confidence, balance, and helping individuals feel comfortable in their own skin. With no one-size-fits-all approach, she focuses on enhancing natural features to achieve refined, harmonious results.
 
Carrieanne’s mission at Cosmopro is to uphold exceptional standards in aesthetic education, empower practitioners with advanced clinical knowledge, and promote treatments that prioritise safety, individuality, and authentic confidence.
About Alice

Alice joined Cosmopro as a trainer with a strong clinical foundation in Critical Care and a passion for advanced aesthetic practice.

She began her nursing career at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, where she developed a deep commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Drawn to aesthetics through her desire to help people feel confident in themselves, she began formal training in 2018 and has continued to advance her expertise ever since.

She has completed a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Practice alongside a Non-Medical Prescribing degree, consistently investing in further education to refine her skills and expand her treatment portfolio.

She prides herself on honesty, integrity, and safe practice, with a particular focus on advanced skincare treatments that enhance natural confidence and wellbeing.
